Update on the Online Lag Issues. A few of us did a controlled test on playing TvC online. We played wired (lan) and wireless to see what had the better results. We are all spread out from Florida to Chicago, Ny, Ga, and Cali. I played a few matches wired (lan) and than switched to wireless.

What we found was that on a wireless connection, most of us had what is called "Button lag." meaning that the input to character movement was about 1 to 2 sec slow, which will KILL your gameplay and combo chaining. Also we found that the stages that had animated backgrounds added to the lagness on wireless connection; the worst stage being Burning (VERY laggy). The best stages, that still had little lag) were Training ground, Daigo Temple (Moonlight) and Washinkyo.

Now I switched to (Lan)wired and played the same stages with hardly ANY lag. I played same match with the same person wired ( from Cali) and we both had no issues.

With this in mind we will be hosting Online tournaments with Wired (Lan) being mandatory. This will only level out the playing field for having a great online match.
